Italy B&C Online Residual Chlorine Monitor CL7685
CL7685 is a microcomputer based online measuring and controlling instrument for residual chlorine and chlorine dioxide. It adopts advanced non membrane constant voltage sensors, which do not require the replacement of membranes and chemicals. It has high sensitivity, rapid signal response, accurate measurement, stable performance, and simple maintenance. It has good performance under residual chlorine conditions below 0.1ppm at the end of urban tap water pipelines.
CL7685 residual chlorine controller? Standard configuration:
1. One CL7685 monitoring device
2. SZ283 sensor (with 3-meter silver cable) one
3. SZ7231 (SZ7233) constant current component set
The constant current component includes: A、 One single hole seat constant current device SZ7231 or one three hole seat constant current device SZ7233 (according to user ordering requirements)
B. 4 x 6mm inlet hose, 2 meters long

Maintenance of
The reliability of the system depends on the reliability of the sensors. In addition to adjusting the conditions, the cleanliness of the sensor surface during maintenance can affect the accuracy of measurements. Therefore, it is equally important to regularly check whether the sensor surface is clean. If the sensor surface is dirty, it is recommended to perform the following cleaning operations:
Remove the sensor from the constant current device
Immerse the platinum ring of the sensor in a 5% HCl solution for 30 seconds
Remove the sensor and rinse it clean with tap water
Install the sensor back into the constant current device
